Notice is hereby given by the Hamilton School District No. 3, Ravalli County, Montana, that the Annual School Election will be held by mail ballot on May 8, 2018, for the following purpose:

• To elect three (3) positions on the Board of Trustees for three (3) year terms.

The election will be by mail ballot.

Ballots will be mailed to all qualified registered electors on April 18, 2018. Ballots may be returned to the County Election Office located at 215 South 4^th Street, Hamilton, Montana (375-6550) from April 19^th until 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 8, 2018.

Please see the County Election Office if you are a registered voter of the Hamilton School District and you do not receive a ballot in the mail.

For electors who miss the close of registration deadline, late registration is available through the office of the County Election Administrator until noon on May 7, 2018, and will resume on Election Day, May 8, 2018, from 7:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m.
