You can request your transcript directly through Parchment:
School Records Requests
To request school records, please use a personal email account (NOT HSD#3 EMAIL) to send us your request, and we will email you a DocuSign form to fill out.
In DocuSign, for official school records, please make sure to provide the name and address of the institution to which you would like us to mail it.

Immunization Record Requests

Official Dual Enrollment Transcripts from University of Montana
Unofficial transcripts can be printed from your Cyberbear account. To order your official transcript, you will need: Student ID (790#) OR social security number, current name and/or name used at UM, date of birth, debit/credit card (there is an $11 charge).
