Registration (2023-24 or 2024-25)

**Please note: If your child attended a Hamilton School District school during the 2023-2024 school year, you do not need to register them. Your student will be automatically registered for the new school year.**

 Information Needed to Complete Registration:

• Registration Packet

• Immunization records

• Copy of certified birth certificate

• Proof of residency (rental agreement, utility bill, etc)

• Emergency contact info

Student Age Qualifications:

• Kindergarten: Child must be 5 years old on or before September 10th to qualify

• First Grade: Child must be 6 years old on or before September 10th qualify

Applications for our Early Literacy Program at Washington Primary can be picked up from the front office at Washington (406-363-2144, 225 North 5th Street), downloaded HERE or you can fill out the online application here: Early Literacy Application
