Hamilton School District ("the District") performs Covid-19 contact tracing as a courtesy to the Ravalli Public Health Department (“RPHD”). The District assists RPHD with contact tracing in order to keep our schools open as consistently and safely as possible and to help alleviate RPHD’s overwhelming pandemic caseload.
The District’s role in the contact tracing process consists of collecting information from District community members on behalf of RPHD and conveying quarantine instruction from RPHD to affected individuals.
RPHD issolely responsible for determining who is quarantined and for how long a quarantine will last. RPHD is also solely responsible for contact tracing individuals’ non-District activities.
The District is proud to support the Hamilton community through the assistance it provides RPHD.
