We couldn't let Principal's Month go by without showing appreciation for our caring, dedicated and hardworking principals and assistant principals! Great schools start with great principals, and we are so lucky to have each of you in the Hamilton School District!! Go Broncs!

Accelerate Montana was here on Monday and Tuesday to complete a shed build with ten of our Alternative Learning Center (ALC) students. Students received two days of hands-on instruction while building their own shed from start to finish. Prior to building the shed, the students completed 30 hours of online training, and all students who participated earned a micro-credential certifying the completion of the program. We went to the Build Montana Heavy Equipment Pop Up on Wednesday with some HHS construction trades students and some Polytech ALC students (some of the same ALC students who completed the shed build). This event was hosted by the Montana Contractors Association and gave students the opportunity to explore trades careers and get some hands-on experience operating heavy equipment.

Due to the popularity of our Adult Education "Bread Making - Introduction to Sour Dough" class, we have added a 2nd date. You can now take the class on January 20th! To register, go to: https://www.hsd3.org/page/adult-education

There will be a School Board Meeting on Monday, December 9 @ 6:30PM in the District Office conference room. The Board will be conducting this meeting with live participation. In addition to meeting in person, the District will also be streaming the meeting on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@HSD3BoardMtg. Public comments/questions will be monitored during the meeting and passed along to the school board to address. HHS Student Council will be holding a food drive to benefit Haven House Dec 2-16. The drive is a contest between the classes with a prize TBD. Information on drop-off locations for each class is included on the flyer below. Let's show our Bronc community pride by helping the food bank fill their shelves for the holidays!
