A tennis update from Coach Dufresne as the team looks ahead to their last regular season matches and their Divisionals/State competitions:
The season is winding down, and it has been a whirlwind. The team travels Saturday to play Whitefish and Columbia Falls, then it's Divisionals week, and then State.
It's been a remarkable year, with a remarkable group of players. I'm a firm believer in enjoying the journey, in focusing on the moment. This year, this team has given me moments and memories that will last a lifetime. It's been an amazing journey.
We had a JV match on Monday. The number of varsity players that showed up to support their teammates astounded me. The atmosphere was wonderful.
Here's the bottom line with tennis, with life. Not everyone makes the divisional team. Not everyone gets to rack up wins. That doesn't mean every player doesn't have something important to give.
We have our last full team practice coming soon, and I just want to take a moment to thank every player for coming out, from the competitive and skilled who are driven to win, to those who took a huge risk on trying a sport they had never played. You have all added to our journey; I am thankful for each and every one of you.
It has been a magical year. While it certainly isn't always easy, thanks to this team, I feel blessed to be a coach.

Hamilton lady Bronc Softball won today over Butte Central 12-4! Congratulations!!!!
Baseball lost a close one last night to Florence final score was 8-6.
In a late Softball Game, the Broncs won over the Corvallis Blue Devils 18-6 in 5 innings.

Hamilton Broncs are doing amazing things!
High School senior Dawson Berglund wrote and published a book called "Writing on the Wall" that captures Hamilton's rich history by telling the stories of Hamilton High School graduates.

Daly Elementary School kindergarteners from Mrs. Carver's class spent a beautiful sunny day visiting Cooks Gardens in Hamilton.
They were able to plant some cucumbers and smell ALL the flowers!

The weather finally broke for the sunshine and athletes at the Ravalli County meet rose to exceed the expectations. Another 60+ personal records were set by Bronc Tracksters.
