Last week, eight students from Hamilton High School's Classroom Without Walls (CWW) class designed and taught lessons about rainbow trout to Mrs. Stuber's 4th grade class. One group taught students how to identify rainbow trout and their external anatomy. The other group taught students about the trout life cycle and environmental requirements for their survival. Both lessons were designed to help prepare Mrs. Stuber's class for the Trout in the Classroom program. High school students were required to create a slideshow, a notes handout, and an engaging activity for their lesson. This was a fun and meaningful experience for both classes!
