The regular school board meeting that was originally scheduled for Tuesday, June 11 has been moved to Monday, June 10 at 6:30PM in the District Office Conference Room. A reminder that Wednesday, June 5 will be the last day of school for 8th grade students. School will dismiss at 12:00pm for 8th grade students. 8th Grade Promotion will be at 7:00pm on June 5 in the Hamilton High School gym. Students participating in promotion should be at the gym no later than 6:45pm.
June 6 will be the last day of school for all other students. Dismissal time on June 6 will be 12:20pm.

Attention Out of District Families,
Have you submitted your out of district form(FP-14)? Due to a new law this year, your student will not be able to start on the first day of school if their out of district form is not preapproved by our trustees at our board meeting. Please submit your form as soon as possible to avoid a delayed start. Please email Cara @ shamblesc@hsd3.org with any questions.

Hamilton Middle School is hosting the last track meet of the season on Friday, May 10 at Hamilton High School. We are still in need of at least 20 volunteers to assist with running the meet. The HHS Science Olympiad team is running a raffle to raise money for their trip to Nationals in Michigan on May 22nd. They have two great prizes available to win:
Prize 1: 2 rounds of 18 holes and a golf cart rental at the Hamilton Golf Club
Prize 2: Handmade fishing net
The drawing will take place on May 31st for both prizes separately. The first person drawn will get to pick which prize they want. Tickets are $10.00 each. If you would like to purchase a ticket, scan the QR code. This will link you to the Hamilton School District Booster Club Venmo account (@HamiltonSportsBooster-Club). Teacher Appreciation Week has arrived, and we want to take a moment to thank all of our amazing staff members who make our school an incredible place for students to learn and grow! This week we are recognizing our Rock Star Daly Staff members for all they do. We would love to have you join us in celebrating by having your students make a handwritten card to deliver to their teacher or support staff member on Friday, May 10th. This week is an opportunity to celebrate and thank all of the outstanding teachers who make Hamilton School District #3 an incredible district for our students and community. HMS has the Teacher Giving Tree available near the main office as one way for parents to show their appreciation to our staff. We would love to see every apple taken off the tree!
