There will be a meeting TONIGHT, Thursday (8/25) at 6:00PM at the Daly Gym where parents can learn more about the program and application process.

The first day of school is on Monday, August 22! Classes at Hamilton Middle School will begin at 8:10am and conclude at 3:20pm each day. Upon arrival on Monday, 5th & 6th grade students will find their homeroom classes displayed at the main entrance, and 7th & 8th grade students will find their homeroom classes displayed at the main entrance into the POD. Students will report to these classes on Monday morning where they will receive the rest of their class schedule. The daily bell schedule is as follows:
8:15-9:23 - Block 1
9:29-10:37 - Block 2
10:37-11:45 - Block 3A
11:45-12:53 - Block 3B
12:59-2:07 - Block 4
2:13-3:20 - Block 5
Practices for cheerleading, cross country, football, and volleyball will immediately following school on Monday as well.

Hamilton School District is so excited to start another school year.
School Starts August 22, 2022 for grades 4-12 and August 24, 2022 for Kindergarten thru 3rd Grade.
This year most of our back to school paperwork will be completed online through our Infinite Campus parent portal. Please update any information that has changed such as addresses, phone numbers or emergency contacts, and read through the rest of the building specific paperwork for your students.
You will be able to complete your free and reduced lunch application within the parent portal. Universal access to free school lunches has been discontinued for this year. So please apply even if you don’t think you qualify.
Please see below on how to activate your account if you don’t have one and how to reset your account if you forgot your user name or password.

HMS fall sports player/parent meeting is one week away! This meeting will be on Monday, August 15 at 6:30pm in the HMS auditorium. If your child is participating in cheerleading, cross country, football, or volleyball please attend this meeting to connect with coaches and players.
5th Grade Open House will be on Thursday, August 18 at 6:30pm. The open house will start in the auditorium where new HMS principal Andrea Gray will welcome all 5th grade students and families to HMS! During the open house students will meet their 5th grade teacher, tour their new classroom, and enjoy “popsicles with the principal” on the front lawn!

2022-2023 MHSA physical forms can be accessed on Hamilton High School’s athletics page at hsd3.org, or at the HMS main office.

👉 Reminder - tomorrow, Friday, June 3rd is the last day of school! It is an early out.
The 8th Grade Awards Assembly highlights the final day of middle school for this group of students!

Summer vacation starts soon which means your child’s medication must be removed from school!
Our school nurse ask's that an authorized adult please stop by and check out the medication from your child's school. No medications will be kept over summer break.
If the medication is not picked up by June 10th, two school staff members will dispose of the medication in accordance with school district policy.
If you have any questions, or need to make alternate arrangements, please call or leave a message for me at your child’s school. Have a great summer!
